How to Get Your Free Meter!
Work with your provider to choose which meter will work best for you. Your provider can send a prescription to the pharmacy of your choice, and the pharmacy can process it through your ATRIO health plan.

Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM)
ATRIO has two CGM systems that are preferred for our members, Dexcom and Freestyle Libre. These systems are used to continuously monitor blood sugar levels in members who require more frequent testing to control their blood sugar levels.
Effective January 1, 2024 CGM supplies will require a Prior Authorization for coverage.

If you have questions about whether a CGM would be right for you, please speak with your provider or local pharmacist.
If the new meter does not fit your needs medically, your doctor can submit a prior authorization to ATRIO under the Providers section.
