Gregg Kimmer

Gregg brings more than 25 years of leadership experience – including his entire healthcare career focused on Medicare Advantage – to ATRIO, since becoming President and CEO in August 2022. During his tenure, ATRIO has experienced two consecutive years of record-breaking membership growth and expanded coverage in five new counties in the Portland metro area.

Prior to joining ATRIO, Gregg served as Chief Medicare Officer for the Great Lakes region at Aetna / CVS Health, during which time helped grow market share from 20,000 to 133,000 members. Prior to this, he was Divisional Chief Financial Officer at Humana, overseeing $1.4 billion in revenue. Prior to this, he spent many years in various corporate finance and leadership roles with increasing scope.

Outside of work, Gregg enjoys spending his time with family, hiking, music and watching baseball.
